Search workflows

Search workflows with filtering and pagination. Supports both offset-based (startRow/endRow) and cursor-based (cursor/pageSize) pagination: cursor-based pagination is used when 'cursor' or 'pageSize' is provided, otherwise offset-based pagination is used. For cursor-based pagination, leave 'cursor' empty for the first page, then pass back 'nextCursor' from the response together with the same sort definitions to fetch the following page. The 'nextCursor' field of the response is only populated for cursor-based pagination.
